Heating Instructions: (Keep frozen until ready to cook). Skillet (Preferred) Most Browning: 1. Preheat a nonstick skillet on low to medium heat. 2. Add one tablespoon of oil to skillet. 3. Place frozen chicken pieces in skillet in a single layer. Cover immediately. 4. Keep covered for 4 minutes, flip pieces and heat additional 4 minutes. 5. Remove skillet from heat and rest, covered, for 2 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven No Browning: 1. Place 4 frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwavable safe dish. 2. Cover with a damp paper towel. 3. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Do not overheat. Conventional Oven Light Browning: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Bake uncovered for 16 minutes. Continue to heat chicken until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product reads 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Pull to open.
