Raw flour is not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating to prevent illness from bacteria in the flour. Do not eat or play with raw dough; wash hands, utensils, and surfaces after handling. You Will Need: 1 pack (80 g) coconut milk powder; 3-1/2 cups water; 2 tablespoon melted butter; 1/4 cup raisins (Optional); Flavour to taste. Mixing Instructions: 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Grease and line one 8 Inch baking tin. 2. Empty contents of Sweet Potato Pudding Mix (500 g) in mixing bowl. 3. Add coconut milk powder and mix until coconut powder is fully dissolved. 4. Add water and flavours and mix for five minutes. 5. Allow to stand for 15 minute. Add raisins. 6. Pour mixture into greased baking tin and add melted butter on top. 7. Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until set. Store in a cool, dry place.
