Matcha Shot: Add one matcha stick pack (1 gram) to 2 oz of hot water (not over 170 degrees F) and whisk, or shake with the same amount of cold water in a sealed container. Use 2 stick packs (2 grams) with the same amount of water for a doubel shot. Traditional Hot Matcha: Add a 2 oz matcha shot (see above) to 2 oz of hot water (not over 170 degrees F).
