Directions For Using Tortilla Press: 1. Prepare dough based on desired recipe (included inside). Form dough balls with hands (1.5 inch - 2 inch diameter) and set aside. 2. Wrap inside of tortilla press with plastic wrap. 3. Place dough ball on bottom plate of press. 4. Lower the top plate and press the lever down until desired thickness is reached. 5. Open the press and peel the tortilla from the plastic wrap. 6. Cook tortilla on heated nonstick comal or griddle pan. Before Using: Wash the product and dry it completely. General Recommendations: Do not store food in metal products to avoid staining and affecting the color of the inside. In the Kitchen: Do not use the product on the oven or stove. Use nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils to avoid damaging the surfaces. Do not use metal utensils as: knives, forks, or spatulas since they can damage the surface. Avoid use utensils with sharp edges and do not cut food inside the product. CLEANING: Do not pour cold water into this product when hot. Wash it inside and out with a soft sponge and detergent. Do not use abrasive sponges. After washing the product, dry it well before putting away to avoid stains.
