Cooking Directions: Follow cooking directions carefully. Boiled Peanuts: 5 lbs. raw inshell peanuts, washed 1 cup salt and water to cover. Combine ingredients in pot. Bring to boil. Boil for 3 hrs. Taste peanuts, add salt to taste. Boil and cook to desired consistency. (For quicker cooking, soak in water over-night). Oven Roasting: Place raw peanut one layer deep on baking sheet. Roast @ 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat just short of doneness, as peanuts will cook as they cool.
