Stovetop Cooking Instructions: Combine 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil; reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until water has absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff quinoa with a fork and serve.
