Thawing Instructions: Achieve best results by removing chicken from all packaging. Cover chicken; place in refrigerator, and thaw for 8-12 hours (or overnight). Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet and bake 15-18 minutes until browned and 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill on medium. Coat chicken lightly with oil. Arrange chicken on grill and cook 6-8 minutes, on each side, until browned and 165 degrees F.
