You Will Need: 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until we blended. Cut corner of salted caramel pouch (enclosed), leaving 1/8-inch opening. Squeeze one half of salted caramel (2 tablespoons) into brownie batter and stir until blended. Spread in prepared pan. 3. Bake as directed below. Let cool 5 minutes. Using remaining salted caramel in the pouch, drizzle salted caramel over baked brownie. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (metal); Bake Time: 35-39 minutes. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (glass); Bake Time: 40-44 minutes. Pan Size: 9 inch x 9 inch (metal); Bake Time: 35-39 minutes. Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness. For fudgy brownies, use 3 tablespoons of water instead of 1/4 cup. High altitude: Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and add an additional 2 tablespoons water. Do not eat raw batter.
