Pork Schnitzel: Prep Time: 10 Min; Cook Time: 12-14 Min; Servings: 4-6. Shopping List: 6 to 8 boneless, thin-cut pork chops (or chicken cutlets); 1 cup buttermilk or milk; 1 egg; Your favorite condiments (we love grainy mustard and lemon wedges, or toasted buns and slaw). Prep: 1. Place the entire packet of dry mix in a shallow bowl. Whisk together the buttermilk (or milk) and egg in a separate shallow bowl. 2. Working in batches: Dredge the cutlets in the dry seasoning. Dip cutlets into liquid, allowing excess to drain. Give the meat a second roll in the dry mix to coat, gently pressing the coating into the cutlet. Cook (internal temp. 145 degrees F for pork; 165 degrees F for chicken). Fry in 150 degrees F oil until the crust is golden brown. Air fry at 380 degrees F-400 degrees F*. Evenly coat the cooking surface and the t of meat with spray oil before air frying. for 7-8 min. Gently flip the meat, spray the top with more oil and air fry another 5-6 min., or until golden brown. * Air fryer temperatures vary; adjust cooking time as needed. Bake at 450 degrees F. Coat the baking sheet and both sides of the meat with spray oil before baking for 8 min. Gently flip the meal, coat the top with more oil and bake for another 6 min. or until golden brown. Tear.
