Cooking Instructions: Our preferred methods for ultimate deliciousness. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Do not use if film seal is broken. Cook only one at a time. 1) Microwave on high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes. 2) Let stand 2 minutes in microwave. Handle carefully; it's hot! 3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly; enjoy! Or Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not vent film. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 40 to 45 minutes. Careful it's hot!
