How To Prepare: 1. Juices: Mix one part of fruit pulp with 3 parts of water and add sugar or sweetener to taste. 2. Jams: Mix equal parts of pulp and sugar, boil over medium heat until the mix thickens, add lemon juice to taste. 3. Pie Filling: Mix the fruit pulp with 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of cornstarch, boil, remove and add vanilla and cinnamon to taste. Keep frozen.
