When in Manzanares, a wonderful town among the mountains of Colombia, the formula for Aguardiente Amarillo was born, based on the use of the best Gorobeta cane, anise planted on the Guadalupe hill and pure water coming from the source of the Santo Domingo river. Its color was as vibrant yellow as the sun and its flavor was fresh and aromatic.
