Instructions for Arepas: 1. Pour 1 cup of Donarepa in a bowl. 2. Slowly add one cup of water or milk while stirring, then add salt and 1 cup and 3 tablespoons of water. Optional: Add salt, margarine or butter, shredded cheese and replace water with milk. 3. Mix and let it stand for 3 minutes. 4. Knead until obtaining a soft dough without lumps. 5. Shape the arepas and then grill on a hot griddle or pan. If desired, cut slip open in one of the sides of the arepa and fill it with the ingredients of your choice. Ideal for: Empanadas, arepas, tortillas, tamales, pastelles, funchi. Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature in a dry clean cool area.
