Cooking Directions: You will need: 2 tbsp. unsalted butter; 1/2 cup 2% milk. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Boil 6 cups water. Stir in macaroni; cook 11 to 12 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain. Do not rinse. Set aside. Melt butter in same pan on medium-low heat. Stir in seasoning. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until mixture is thickened. Add cheese sauce; stir on low heat until blended. Combine macaroni with cheese sauce. Pour into 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs. Bake 10 min. or until sauce in bubbling. In a rush?: Omit the oven baking step after sprinkling the hot macaroni and cheese with the toasted breadcrumbs.
