Stovetop: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp. of margarine or olive oil to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Stir in 1 cup of Conchita Yellow Rice, stirring constantly for 1 minute. 3. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. 4. Fluff with a fork and serve. Microwave: 1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, stir together 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of margarine or olive oil and 1 cup of Conchita Yellow Rice. 2. Cover and cook for 3 minutes at 100% power, then cook for 17 minutes at 50% power. 3. Let stand for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Caution: Contents will be hot. 4. Fluff with a fork and serve.
