1 cup Conchita Long Grain Rice; 2 cups water; 1 tsp. salt. Pour 2 cups of water into large saucepan. Add one tsp. of salt and one cup Conchita Long Grain Rice. Let water boil. Cover tightly. Lower flame to simmer and cook for 14 minutes. For extra tender rice, increase water 1/3 cup and cook 4 to 5 minutes longer (1 cup uncooked rice equals 6 one-half cup servings). To retain vitamins do not rinse before cooking.
