Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place in plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed (12 - 24 hours). Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. 3. Bake 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Best enjoyed warm. Keep frozen.
