How to Prepare: Deep Fryer or Pan: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Place small amount of plantains in fryer. Fry 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve warm. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Place one layer of frozen plantains on cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Microwave Oven: Place frozen plantains in a covered microwave-safe dish, heat on high setting for 2 to 3 minutes, and allow to stand, covered for 1 minute. Microwave heating times are approximate and may vary. Keep frozen.
