How to Prepare: Boiled Yuca: (Do not thaw) In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook frozen yuca for about 30 min or until tender all the way through. Drain and serve with your favorite dressing or sauce. It also gives great flavor to any soup or stew. Fried Yuca: (Thaw) In a deep frier or pan, preheat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cut thawed yuca into sticks (1 inch thick). Place a few in hot oil and cook for about 3-4 min, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve warm. Season with salt as desired. Do not microwave. Keep frozen.
