Keep frozen. Microwave Oven: Place Catalina Tamales with Pork on microwave safe dish, and puncture with fork 2 to 4 times to vent. Set power on High and set timer for one and one half minutes. If cooking all four tamales with pork at the same time, set timer for five and one half minutes. Internal temperature reached should be 150 degrees F. After removing from microwave, cut along one side, empty onto plate and serve as main dish or as a side dish to your favorite foods. Note: Microwave ovens vary in heating power. Times given are approximate. Boiling Water: Place the Catalina Tamales with Pork in boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 150 degrees F. Carefully remove pouch from water and cut along one side, empty unto plate and serve as main dish or as a side to your favorite foods.
