Stuff you'll need: 2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh) cut into 1/2 inch cubes; 1 tbsp. Vegetable or olive oil; 3 cups water; 1 package Carroll Shelby's white chicken chili kit. Make it your own: Add chopped onions or green peppers when browning chicken. You can also pour a can of drained white beans during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve over tortilla chips, make it fancy with some shredded Monterey Jack cheese or sour cream, and enjoy! Cookin' directions: Brown chicken in vegetable or olive oil. Add water, spice, masa flour, and jalapeño & bell pepper packets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to simmer on low to medium heat for an additional 15 minutes or until chili has a thicker consistency. See side panel for how to make it nice and spicy!
