Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instruction: Cook sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Sausage should be browned and no longer pick inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended. Grill: Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-low. Grill sausage 15 to 20 minutes. Use tongs to turn frequently. Stovetop: Cook sausage in nonstick coated skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until well browned, turning frequently. Add 1/2 cup water to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
