Preparation Instructions: 1. Place wrapper into warm water until it is soft and pliable (about 10-15 seconds). 2. Remove wrapper and lay down on flat service. 3. Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper. 4. Fold over the bottom and sides. 5. Roll wrapper upwards to form a neat roll shape. Serve immediately or deep-fry for about 2 minutes. Fresh Spring Rolls (Serves 2): 4 Blue Dragon Spring Roll Wrappers; 1/4 cup rice noodles; 1/2 cup chopped lettuce leaves; 1 carrot, matchstick-cut; 12 medium sized cooked shrimp; a handful of mint and/or cilantro. Method: 1. Cook the rice noodles according to pack instruction. 2. Prepare the spring roll wrappers following the instructions above (see preparation instructions). 3. Divide the lettuce leaves, noodles, carrots, shrimp, mint and cilantro between wrappers. 4. Fold wrappers according to preparation instructions above. Serve with Blue Dragon Vietnamese Dipping Sauce or Blue Dragon Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened put in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
