You will need: 1 bag Bloomfield Farms Cookie Mix. 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened, 1 large egg (or egg substitute), 1 tsp. gluten free vanilla, 2 Tbsp. water. Mix it up! You can add 1/2 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup of peanut butter to your cookie dough for a fun twist on the original recipe! Cookie Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, vanilla, egg, and water until combined. 3. Slowly add Bloomfield Farms Cookie Mix to mixture from Step 2 and continue mixing until dough forms. Do not over-mix. 4. Scoop dough into 1 inches balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten to 1/4 inches thickness. 5. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until cookies are golden and edges are set. Makes approximately 15 cookies. Do not consume raw.
