You will need: 1/3 cup butter or margarine. 2 eggs. 1 Heat: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottoms and sides of foil cups. 2 Place: Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave until melted. Caution: Bowl will be hot. 3 Empty: Empty Lava Cake Mix into melted butter; stir until blended. Microwave 20 seconds. Add eggs; stir 1 minute until very well blended. 4 Divide: Divide batter between foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). Place Oreo Cookie Pieces onto batter (about 1 tablespoon each). Place cups on baking sheet. 5 Bake: Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until sides are set and centers are soft. Let stand 2 minutes. Run knife around sides of cups to loosen. Immediately place small serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove foil cup. Serve immediately. High altitude (3500 - 6500 ft); no change. Do not eat raw cake batter.
