Bake potatoes and roast meat at same time: 325 degrees F about 60 minutes. 350 degrees F about 50 minutes. 375 degrees F about 45 minutes. Make It Like Betty: Stir 1/2 teaspoon onion powder into potato mixture before baking. Top baked Scalloped Potatoes with 1 cup crispy fried onions and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley before serving. Stove-Top Directions: 1.
