Directions: 1. Boil a medium pot of water. Add Banza, stir, and reduce to a simmer. 2. Cook for 14-15 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Strain and return Banza to warm pot. 4. Add 1/4 cup lowfat milk, cheese, and mix well. (Add 2 tbsp unsalted butter for a richer flavor).
