White Rice: Conventional Method: 2 cups of water. 1 cup Rico Rice. Salt and oil to taste. 1- Bring water to a boil. 2- Add ingredients and bring them to a boil again. 3- Cover and cook in low heat. 4- After 15 minutes turn off and leave covered for 5 more minutes. The rice should not be uncovered during preparation time. The amount of water may vary depending on the taste of the person. White Rice Microwave: 1-1/4 cups of water. 1 cup Rico Rice. Salt and oil to taste. 1- Put ingredients in a 2 quart microwave safe dish. 2-Cook on high for 5 minutes. 3- Next, cook on medium for 10 minutes. 4- Let stand covered for 5 minutes. The rice should not be uncovered during preparation time. Open. Pour. Close.
