Easy Thaw & Mix Preparation: Overnight Thaw (Recommended): Remove fish from box, carefully puncture vacuum pack and thaw in refrigerator overnight on a plate. Do not thaw in refrigerator with vacuum seal intact. Cold Water (Quick) Thaw: Cover sealed bag with cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed. Package should be pliable once thawed. Mix & Serve: Once thawed, mix tuna with sauce packet (included with kit) in a bowl. Add additional toppings of your choice. Mix and serve immediately. Keep frozen until ready to use. Serve immediately after thawing. Maintain product temperature below 38 degrees F after thawing when not in use. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Shoyu Ahi serving suggestion: Add 1/4 cup of diced white onion and diced green onion. Keep frozen until preparation.
