Our weekly ad is optimized for the latest web browser technology. If you're experiencing issues with the weekly ad loading in your browser, please confirm you're using a recommended browser.

If you're using a recommended browser, the issue is most likely with the web browser cookies used for the weekly ad. Try deleting your web browser's cookies and visit the weekly ad again.

The zoom level of your browser may need to be adjusted. Zoom out and click "Weekly Ad" at the top of the page to refresh.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, you may need to adjust the resolution on your monitor. Our site is best viewed at any resolution above 1024x768.

If you're not seeing the Print button on the shopping list, it's being blocked by an add-on to your web browser. For example, Ad Block is known to prevent the button displaying on Firefox browsers.

There are three options to try in resolving this issue:

  • Disable any ad blocker plug-ins, extensions, or security software on your computer.
  • Access the shopping list using the secure URL: https://www.publix.com/shopping-list/ 
  • Log in with your Club Publix account.

The weekly ad is a responsive website that determines the viewing size of the device, then displays content to best match that size. Sometimes when a web browser isn't maximized on a desktop or laptop computer, the ad site is shown in "tablet" mode. We're working to correct this, but in the meantime, consider these possible causes and solutions for a two-page display.

Cause: The web browser isn't maximized on a desktop or laptop computer.
Solution: Maximize the browser and refresh the page.

Cause: The zoom level feature for the web browser is greater than 100%.
Solution: Reset to 100% and refresh the page.

Cause: The screen resolution is set to 1024x768 or lower.
Solution: Increase the screen resolution of your monitor and revisit the site. A monitor resolution or web browser size must be larger than 1024x768 to view the ad in desktop mode as shown in this sample.

Other: If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you may be able to scroll the dropdown list when you click the Department dropdown menu.

You may not see these buttons if your browser is using the "Ad Plus" extension/add-on. Here are links to instructions for disabling this extension/add-on in Firefox and Chrome.

If disabling the extension doesn't resolve the issue, please report the problem using the Contact Us form. Provide the device used, such as desktop, tablet (iPhone or Android), or smartphone. If you're using a desktop, please provide the browser and version (such as IE9, IE10, Chrome32, FF31, or Safari).
