1 large egg (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
1 box seasoned coating for pork (5–6 oz)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lb center-cut pork loin chops
1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat baking sheet with spray. Place egg in shallow bowl and pork coating in second shallow bowl.
- Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with pepper. Dip pork chops in egg (coating both sides) and allow excess to drip off, then coat both sides with pork coating, pressing with fingers to coat evenly. Arrange pork chops on baking sheet (wash hands).
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F; serve.
