1 lb sliced Deli corned beef
4 oz sliced Swiss cheese
1 (14.5-oz) can sauerkraut
1 (16-oz) loaf sliced cocktail rye bread
3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing


  1. Preheat broiler. Cut meat slices in half; cut cheese slices into quarters. Drain and squeeze liquid from sauerkraut.
  2. Arrange one-half of the bread slices on baking sheet. Top each with 1 folded meat slice, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut, and 1 cheese slice. Place sandwiches under broiler; broil 2–3 minutes or until cheese melts.
  3. Top sandwiches with 2 teaspoons dressing and remaining bread slices. Serve.
