Italian Antipasto Skewers

Italian Antipasto Skewers

1 (6-oz) package sliced Deli Italian meat (prosciutto, salami, capicola)
8 oz Deli fresh mozzarella (pearls or ball)
12 (6-inch) wooden skewers
12 grape tomatoes
12 pitted Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze


  1. Halve salami and capicola. Cut prosciutto into fourths. Cut cheese into 3/4-inch cubes, if needed.
  2. Thread 1 olive onto each skewer, then capicola, mozzarella, prosciutto, mozzarella, salami, and tomato. Drizzle with balsamic dressing. Serve.
