Perch aims to blend Pacific-inspired flavors and Virginia comfort cuisine with an emphasis on southern hospitality. Chef Mike Ledesma wants guests to experience a place where they can "perch" and not feel rushed through their meal. Come to Apron's cooking school tonight and experience great food, sharing in Chef Mike's vision.
