Lobster Elote paired with Sauvignon Blanc (Garlic Aioli, Grilled Corn, Cotija Cheese, Scallions, Cayenne Pepper, Cilantro, and Lobster); New England-style Clam Chowder Fries with Smoky Bacon paired with Sauvignon Blanc; Pizza Dumplings with Black Truffle Burrata, Shiitake Mushrooms and San Marzano Tomatoes paired with Pinot Noir; Reverse Seared Ribeye Steak with Aged Cheddar Gravy and Fried Shallots paired with Cabernet Sauvignon.
**There will be a bottle signing open to the public before class from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.**
