Class Description

In need of that "next level" food experience beyond Mac-n-cheese or pizza? Our team is set to equip your junior Chefs with adventures in the kitchen learning basic skills and dishes that inspire.

Recommended ages: 11–12 years old

The class is approximately 2–2 1/2 hours.

Menu

Day 1 – Mexico - Pork Posole (Hominy Soup); Mojo Chicken Quesadillas; Veggie and Black Bean Burritos; Churro Ice Cream. Day 2 – Italy - Parmesan and Herb Focaccia; Chicken Involtini; Bucatini Fra Diavolo; Caprese Hasselback Tomatoes; Chocolate Almond Cookies. Day 3 – Asia - Red Thai Curry Chicken with Perfect Jasmine Rice; Steamed Spicy Pork and Cabbage Dumplings; Stir Fried Vegetables with Ramen Noodles; Malaysian Pineapple Tarts

Focus

The class is approximately 2-2 1/2 hours.

Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
