2 lb chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat chicken with oil, salt, and pepper; place in single layer on baking sheet (wash hands). Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is crispy and browned.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; brush sauce over chicken. Bake 8–10 more minutes and until chicken is 165°F. Serve.
