Several days prior to your next anticipated refill date, one of our Specialty team members will contact you to process your refill and schedule pick-up or delivery of your prescription. You may also call the pharmacy directly at the phone number listed on your prescription label or our Specialty Pharmacy Department at 1-855-797-8254 during normal business hours.

We can ship your prescription to your home or your doctor’s office or may even be able to deliver it to your local Publix Pharmacy. We can also provide all the supplies you need for your prescription.

Once your prescription has been processed successfully, you will typically receive your order with one business day.

Our Specialty Pharmacy team will call you several days before your next anticipated fill date to help schedule your refill. Once your prescription is shipped, we continue to track your order throughout the delivery process to make sure you get the medicine and supplies you need in time for your next dose.

We take every precaution to package and ship your medication in appropriate packaging to maintain its stability and safety. Should you have any questions or concerns about the quality of medication received, please contact our Specialty Department at 1-855-797-8254.

Due to special storage and handling requirements of many Specialty Medications, a signature upon delivery is usually required. You may make special arrangements to obtain your prescription by speaking with one of our Specialty Team members at 1-855-797-8254.
