Yes. We have a dedicated team to help determine if you qualify for financial assistance. They can tell you if help is available from a manufacturer or through foundations related to your condition. They can also contact your insurance company for additional assistance on your behalf.

Upon receipt of your prescription, we will submit the prescription to your insurance electronically and inform you of any required copays. In addition, our Reimbursement team will contact you to determine if you qualify for additional funding from the manufacturer of your medication or through Foundation programs specific to your condition. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to secure additional funding and we request that you provide this information in a timely manner to help expedite your application.

Although we do not currently have the capability to support payment plans, our reimbursement specialist will work with you to determine the most affordable payment option.
