Platters and cakes can be canceled up to 24 hours from your scheduled pickup time. Subs can be canceled if it is more than 2 hours from your scheduled pickup time. Publix.com account members can cancel online orders within this window under Order History. If you do not have a Publix.com account, or your pickup time is outside of this window, please contact your store to cancel.
Yes; if you need to cancel part of your order, please contact your store. Refer to your email confirmation for the store contact information.
At this time, not all items are eligible for online payment. If any items in your basket are ineligible, the entire order must be paid in the store. Items denoted as “Online Pay” are able to be paid for online and picked up in select stores.
For select stores with online payment capability, credit and debit cards may be used to pay for your online order. Publix gift cards cannot be used for online payment at this time.

Refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to three (3) days. Contact your financial institution for details regarding when these funds will be available.
