The Publix Aprons® Cooking School (“Cooking School”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. They are subject to change.

Guest Conduct
As a condition of participating in Cooking School classes, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and others, each guest must agree to: (a) follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Cooking School facilities during class(es); (b) not attend his or her Cooking School class(es) if he/she has, or has been exposed to, any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.; (c) release Publix from all claims, damages, and causes of action or liabilities that may arise as a result of participation in a Cooking School class, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Publix.

Class Reservation and Attendance
Full payment for all classes is required at registration. Payment may be made online or by phone using a valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. Payment by cash or check may be submitted at the Catering desk in the store where the class will be held. All billing and registration information provided by you to Cooking School must be truthful and accurate.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of the class for a refund or to apply the balance to an alternative class. Price includes recipes, demonstration, and samples of the food prepared. Only customers with paid registration may participate in classes. Wine is provided at most evening classes to complement the menu. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly.

Publix reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, change recipes, or substitute instructors for any reason. Please note there may be certain class registrations that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

Allergen Alert
In compliance with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004, please note the Cooking School facilities may contain milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy, which account for most known allergens. Be aware that cross contact may occur among food products.

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
In addition, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply. In the event of a conflict between these Cooking School Online Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, Cooking School Terms and Conditions take precedence.
