Q: Why should I use online ordering?
A: Online Easy Ordering offers a quick and easy way for you to order your favorite Deli subs and sliced meats and cheeses. You can access the ordering site from your computer or from your mobile device.

Q: What products can I order with this service?
A: Publix Deli custom subs, wraps, sliced meats, and sliced cheeses.

Q: How do I make the sub I want to order?
A: We've set up easy-to-follow steps to help you, including size, bread/wrap flavor, cheese flavor, toppings, heating request (or not), and making it a value combo.

Q: Will I be able to make changes to my order?
A: You can always make changes after you've submitted your order by calling the store. The store phone number will be listed in your order summary.

Q: Will I be able to add special instructions to my order?
A: Yes, you can enter special instructions for each line item on the My Cart screen.

Q: What if I need to cancel an order?
A: You can cancel an order that has not yet been completed from the Order Index screen.

Q: What if a particular bread or topping is unavailable?
A: The store preparing your sub will contact you so they can make a proper substitution.

Q: Will I be able to save my favorite subs?
A: Yes! After you build a sub, you'll be prompted to add to your favorites so you can easily order it again.

Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: You may place your order for immediate processing, which usually takes 15-20 minutes. When you have finished your order, you will be offered a list of pickup times so you can choose the most convenient for you.

Q: Can I save my order in my cart for purchase at a later date?
A: Yes, your cart will be saved as in-progress for up to 30 days.

Q: Can I access the site from my mobile device?
A: In order to provide the best online shopping experience possible, we have created a mobile site targeted specifically for smart phones with touch capability. This includes iPhones and most Android phones. Older devices may not be compatible.

Q: Do I need to allow cookies?
A: Yes. By enabling cookies you will be sharing information that helps Publix provide you a better online experience.

Q: Who should I contact if I have any additional questions?
A: If you have questions about your order, please contact the store handling your order for further assistance.

Q: How will my personal information be used?
A: You can enter your name and phone number with each order so we can contact you if we have any questions.

Q: Will I be able to update my personal information?
A: Yes, you can enter special instructions for each line item on the My Cart screen.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: You will pay for your order after you pick it up in store. You can use any of the usual payment methods in the store for your order.

Q: Can I pay for my sub on the website?
A: Sorry, but online payment is not available at this time.

Q: Where will I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order at any of our in-store registers.

Q: Is there any additional fee for using this service?
A: No. This service is made available to you without any additional fees or charges.

Q: Will I be able to use coupons?
A: Yes. You can use them in our store just as you do today.

Q: Will Online Easy Ordering include sale items?
A: Yes, if any of the items featured online go on sale, then the site will reflect the sale price.

Q: How do I know what my pickup number is?
A: Your pickup number will appear on your final order summary on publix.com or on your mobile device. We will also send you the pickup order number in a confirmation email.

Q: Once I send in an order, when will it be ready to pick up?
A: Your order will be ready by the pickup time you select without any additional wait time.

Q: Once I place my order, where should I pick it up?
A: Pick up your order in the Publix Deli at the Online Easy Pickup sign. Your order will be labeled with your pickup number.

Q: If I ordered a combo, how do I select the drink and chips I want?
A: You select your drink and bag of chips just like you would if you placed your order in the store. Drinks and chips are available in the Deli.

Q: Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?
A: Yes, you can. They will need the pickup number to identify your order.

Q: Are pickup hours the same as the Publix store hours?
A: Yes. You will be able to pick up your Deli order during regular operating hours of the store you selected when placing your order.
