Cooking Instructions

Saucy 'Shroom Onion Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

4 oz pre-diced onions (3/4 cup)

4 oz sliced baby portabellas

2 tablespoons steak sauce

4 (6-oz) ground beef chuck patties

6 slices American cheese

1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

4 Bakery hamburger buns

Prep


-- Preheat gril pan on medium-high (or preheat grill).


Steps


1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place butter in pan, then add onions, mushrooms, and steak sauce; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until softened and browned. Remove from heat; set aside.

2. Place burgers in grill pan (or on grill); grill 3-5 minutes on each side or until 160°F (for medium).

3. Place cheese slices, ranch dressing, and mustard in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 60-90 seconds, stirring twice, or until cheese melts and sauce can be blended. Place burgers on buns; top with onion mixture and cheese sauce. Assemble and serve.


Gourmet Beans

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

4 oz pre-diced onions (3/4 cup)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon steak sauce

1 (16-oz) can baked beans

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Steps


1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place butter in pan, then add onions, garlic, and steak sauce; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until softened and browned.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low, and cover; cook and stir 10-15 minutes to blend flavors and heat beans. Serve.
