2 (3.25-oz) cups no-sugar-added vanilla pudding
1 (5.3-oz) cup Greek peach yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 cups frozen sliced peaches
- Peel banana and break in half; place in blender.
- Add pudding, yogurt, milk, and peaches. Blend 30 seconds; stop blender and scrape sides.
- Blend 30 more seconds or until well blended. Serve.
Meal Idea: For breakfast, add peanut butter on whole grain toast. For lunch, serve with a turkey sandwich, fresh cut veggies, and low-fat ranch dressing. Or serve as a great mid-afternoon snack. This shake provides about 3/4 of the fruit and about 1/4 of the milk daily recommendation for a 2-3 year-old-child.
