12 oz vegetable medley (fresh carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1. Combine vegetables and water; cover and microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until carrots begin to soften. Drain, if needed.
2. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place butter in pan, then add vegetables and seasoned salt; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until tender. Serve.
