Ingredients
- 6 oz asparagus tips
- 1 shallot
- 1 cup orange (or citrus) segments
- 1 bag butter lettuce blend (5–6 oz)
- ⅓ cup herb (or avocado) ranch dressing
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (3.5 oz) bag cranberry and glazed walnut salad topping
Steps
- Chop asparagus and shallot coarsely; drain oranges. Toss salad greens with dressing until coated; spread in single layer on serving platter.
- Place asparagus, shallots, oranges, cheese, and salad topping in rows over greens. Serve immediately.
