Ingredients

1 (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips
Aluminum foil
1/2 cup creamy bleu cheese dressing
1/2 cup Deli crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon pieces
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Steps

  1. Preheat broiler. Place single layer of chips on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon dressing, cheese and bacon crumbles over chips.
  2. Bake chips on center rack 2–3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Other Preparation Methods

  • Garlic Bread: Place crumbled bleu cheese on garlic bread and melt for added flavor.
  • Dip: Blend crumbled bleu cheese into plain Greek yogurt for a cool, refreshing vegetable or chip dip.
