Peach-Mango Protein Smoothies

Ingredients

  • ½ hothouse cucumber
  • 1 medium carrot
  • ½ fresh mango
  • ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups frozen, unsweetened peach slices
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (+ more, if needed)
  • 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container lowfat coconut yogurt

Steps

    1. Peel and chop cucumber (1 cup) and carrot (½ cup). Cut 1 mango side away from pit, scoop out flesh, and chop (½ cup).
    2. Place all ingredients in blender (or food processor); blend until smooth. Serve.
