Ingredients

  • 8 oz deli-thin reduced-sodium ham (or turkey) slices
  • 4 ultra-thin Swiss cheese slices
  • 4 (3-oz) bags baby carrots
  • 1 (8-oz) bag celery sticks
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries
  • 12 cinnamon graham cracker sticks
  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt, divided
  • 2 teaspoons salt-free garlic/herb seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Steps

  1. Protein Sections: Make 4 stacks of ham and cheese; roll up tightly, then cut diagonally into short lengths.
  2. Veggie Sections: Fill with carrots and celery sticks.
  3. Fruit Sections: Halve strawberries (the stems make great handles) and add with graham sticks.
  4. Dip Sections: Prepare veggie dip by combining 1 cup yogurt, seasoning, and chives. Prepare chocolate dip by combining 1 cup yogurt, both chocolate powders, and sugar. Place dips in section or divide into small cups.
