Ingredients

For the gift jar
5 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup whole white wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup peanut butter powder
1 pint mason jar with lid

For cooking
Nonstick aluminum foil
2 medium bananas
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps

To assemble gift jar
Layer all ingredients in jar. Place lid tightly on jar and give as gift with cooking instructions.

Cooking instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Place contents of jar into large bowl; whisk to blend.
2. Place 2 bananas into small bowl and mash with a fork. Whisk 1 egg and 1/4 cup water into banana. Add banana mixture to cookie mixture and stir to blend into a dough. Gently stir (fold) in chocolate chips.
3. Scoop cookies (about 1 tablespoon) onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 18–20 minutes or until edges are crispy and center is still soft; serve.
